What will you do?

As we gear up to our biggest ever build programme, we're looking for a Senior Project QS to join our team based in Kohimarama. This newly created role shows our continued commitment to being innovative and to building strong teams. In this site-based role, you will provide on-site cost and contractual management to our Kohimarama construction project. You will be responsible for managing the commercial cost control of the site, as well as managing sub-contractor scope of works.

You will work and collaborate with the wider site and office-based QS team, Project Managers, Regional Construction Managers, the Construction Design Team, External consultants, sub-contractors and the Site Administration Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our newest projects, with our early works package initially estimated to be circa $2m over 4 months. The full project is estimated to be circa $200m over 4 years, primarily across apartment buildings along with main buildings and civils works.

• A proven senior degree-qualified QS with extensive experience in QS; ideally you have strong civil QS experience also
