What you’ll do:

• As a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager will primarily manage the portfolio of projects and the roadmap for an internal area of Sky and serve as an interface between Delivery teams and Business, Product, Operations and Programme stakeholders.
• The Project Manager will not manage the teams but will directly work with the area’s Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to achieve the projects delivery and the fulfilment of the roadmap. For this, the Project Manager is expected to report and keep track of the progress against agreed milestones and dependencies. It’s also required to monitor and control the projects spending and the area’s global budget.
• Project Manager is expected to achieve a good understanding of the platforms and the services we are providing to end customers;

What you’ll bring:

• Ideally 6-8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in OTT or Telco sectors desirable but not essential
• Broad experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments.
• General knowledge of technology.
• Autonomous and responsible for delivering agreed tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time-zone and cultures.
• Extremely well organized, punctual and methodical but keeping a pragmatic approach to solving problems.

With around 1,500 colleagues our Global OTT Technology team covers everything from global video engineering and client apps to reliability, security, metadata integration and more. We make our award-winning entertainment easily available for everyone by looking after all the streaming services including NOW, Peacock and Sky Showtime.
