Senior Project Manager

Purpose of the Role: Manage Intercompany (ICO) payment run process improvement initiatives across GWS EMEA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ICO payment run process improvement initiatives across ~65 entities and across 5 main ERP systems
• Act as the centralised point of escalation for issues requiring action from the business
• Coordinate across various stakeholders to remediate underlying issues preventing the settlement of aged ICO items
• Interpret ICO data sets and provide timely reporting on the ICO payment run process
• Provide regular status updates to ICO project managers and presentation to key stakeholders (including exposure to CFOs, Finance Directors and Senior Controllership)
• Assist on projects to drive down intercompany aged debt and payables across GWS EMEA

Person Specification:

Education:         Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

Training:           Intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word

Experience:          Project management experience is desired

      Advantageous to have experience of working in a large corporate     business

Character         Must be detailed, conscious and methodical in approach.

Calm manner, able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

        Highly organised, and able to effectively undertake many tasks at the same time.

Able to make sound decisions when needed and take responsibility for outcomes.

A team player, able to work with both CBRE staff of all levels and external customers or third parties.
