The role:

Ramsay Health Care has an ambitious pipeline of technology lead clinical and back office projects that will require enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals who respond positively to new challenges and who have experience of managing teams of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.  Our Senior Project Managers will be able to manage large scale and complex Projects whether are they clinical or back office in focus. They are entrepreneurial in spirit with a keen eye for detail which allows them to form compelling and accurate business cases.

What you will be doing:

• Writing business cases
• Establishing project teams and adhere to project governance cadence and escalation routes
• Managing time, cost and quality constraints
• Using project management tools and techniques to ensure a positive and successful outcome
• Managing a varied group of internal and external stakeholders
• Directing activities of all Ramsay resources assigned to the project
• Owning and managing the Project plan and RAIDs
• Developing realistic project plan in conjunction with supplier(s)
• Developing appropriate deployment approach/sequence for multiple sites (located throughout England) in conjunction with operational sponsors, and in alignment to other change programmes
• Managing dependencies on any shared resource teams, e.g. infrastructure, integration as required

What you will bring:

Entrepreneurial in spirit with significant experience in the delivery of complex multi-£m business system projects from initiation to project closure into multiple sites at once.  You will demonstrate an understanding of principles of testing, data migration, data protection and cyber security practices.
