Robert Half is hiring now for an experienced Project Manager to fulfill a contract/temporary role for our Calgary Client. As the successful candidate for position you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the project team, facilitate definition of project scope, deliverables, and benefits. If you have excellent PM experience in managing and delivering a large-scale enterprise capital portfolio projects across multiple organization levels and stakeholder groups and are looking to progress your career, this may be the role you’ve been looking for. This contract role is based in the Calgary, AB. region but is open to remote work concessions for eligible candidates.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 8 + years proven working success in a project management role combined with demonstrated success in management of increasingly complex and challenging projects
• Proficient knowledge and skill of software implementation
• Excellent technical system implementation experience
• Strong knowledge and ability with Peoplesoft, SAP, and Oracle
• Proven strength in the application and interpretation of Project Management methodologies
• Solid analytical and organizational skills with expert knowledge in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project)
• Proven experience navigating complex organizations and/or projects with a demonstrable ability to effectively manage stakeholders
• Excellent business knowledge with ability to focus on both technical and process solutions
• Self-motivated & decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical people
• Demonstrated leadership skills, solid customer service focus, and ability to promote cross functional collaboration
• Experience in Finance and/or Finance Transformations is a definite asset
• Post-Secondary Education in Project Management or related field
• Certified Project Management Professional is required
