We are looking for an experienced Senior PM to drive business success for the SharePoint platform across our team and internal partners. Key business outcomes include finding significant platform saving opportunities, coordinating the delivery of platform improvements downstream to partner teams, and providing a framework to drive partner savings at scale. You will be responsible for learning how SharePoint leverages Azure services, rationalizing the trade-offs between platform efficiencies and customer impact, and influencing roadmaps to unlock new platform saving. This role is a mix of technical thinking, product horsepower, business analysis, cross-team collaboration, and significant business partner engagement. The position provides opportunities from creative to deeply technical and all will enable you to define the future of how people work and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Partner across Microsoft to understand business goals, user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas.  
• Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.  
• Successfully validate and improve product solutions over time through measurement and experimentation.  
• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope across desktop, mobile and web.  
• Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team. 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/product management experience delivering end-user facing products and services 
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and migrations preferred. Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs preferred. ​ 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
