The ideal candidate will have experience in a team environment, experience developing and designing enterprise scale services and platforms, technical depth in cloud platforms, agile development practices. In addition, this position requires an individual who can demonstrate the ability to ensure highly resilient and scalable service designs through partnership with other members of the service team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
8+ Years of experience as an SAP Program Manager, Product Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution architect with SAP S/4 Hana Technical expertise
Business process and functional knowledge in SAP Order to Cash, Finance, HR, BI, MDG or Professional Services
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.
Preferred, not required:
Professional Training and Certification: PMP.
Experience in working on large scale global enterprise implementations with hands on experience in customization/configuration of SAP solutions.
Proven success and experience in collaborating across engineering, business, and operational teams, up to and including working with Partner/GM level stakeholders.
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills along with sound judgement and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills and desire to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment
Experience working with geographically diverse groups.
Ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of Software life cycle methodology and Information’s systems development and support.
Ability to work independently and ramp-up to new areas quickly
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure
Demonstrable passion for continuous applied learning & development
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity without stalling progress
