| We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with strong UX skills, who is ready to jump in, define and build a v1 product within Microsoft 365. In this role, you will join a caring, purpose-driven team focused on providing new ways to help our customers accomplish what they are trying to do with ease. You will be responsible for building a v1 product, working closely with our engineering, design, and marketing teams to define the ideal customer experience, making the necessary trade-offs to ship a high-quality product that meets our customers’ needs. This role sits within the Microsoft 365 Customer Success Engineering team, whose charter is to help customers maximize their productivity – for themselves and for their organization – by harnessing the full power of M365 across a wide range of scenarios. | 5+ years of program management or product management experience in softwareProven success in delivering end user products and services, including shipping a v1 product. Additional Qualifications & Attributes:Experience shipping consumer focused user experiencesCustomer and data obsessed, always learning, and refining your plan to deliver user delight and maximum business impact.Ability to think creatively and critically about business issues, product features, architecture, and the ecosystem.Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and changing environment.Strong project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, ability to tell a great story that rallies all stakeholders.Able to optimize problems which involve business, experience, ecosystem, and tech dimensions, including the ability to think about UX, go deep technically and make a business case. |
