Our team works on core infrastructure and owns the toolsets to deploy changes safely to the fleet, without disrupting customers and provide maintenance experience as per workload requirements. With the cloud exponential growth, we are doubling down on initiatives to streamline and improve further our current experience and create unified maintenance and update experiences across Azure services.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Work with customers and partner teams to identify scenarios and establish priorities. 
• Lead product planning areas for E2E scenarios based on customer inputs and data insights. 
• Define KPIs and establish and execute on plans for improving those KPIs 
• Partner with the development team on scenario design, product tradeoffs, incremental delivery 

• Drive cross team technical issues and customer experiences. 
• Prepare and deliver high quality executive reviews. 
• Present to customers, and use customer and partner feedback to continuously improve the product and the technology 
• Understand customer requirements around Azure deployments and drive them into the product 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of experience in Software industry, out of them at least 3 years as a PM/TPM, shipping infrastructure components or large products/services 
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to lead and motivate a high-energy team 
• Strong technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles 
• Excellent written and oral communication 
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills 

• Experience in Azure Cloud and Deployment technologies are strongly preferred 
• Experience in A/B testing is desirable. 
• BA/BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering or related disciplines
