We’re looking for a PM who is experienced in leading and collaborating across teams, cutting through ambiguity and getting product shipped.  Someone who has a strong history of working across disciplines with engineers, data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to deliver experiences in a way that delights users and increases product engagement.  A passion for analyzing customer behavior, developing metrics and cultivating novel & delightful techniques to help our customers are all essential ingredients for this role.  If you have the vision and passion to make Cortana the industry leader in this space, then this is the job for you. 

Responsibilities

We’re currently working on multi-modal, in context experiences within Outlook Mobile and Teams Mobile as well as introducing novel new experiences e.g. leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate tasks.  As part of the Assistant team you’ll be expected to develop breakthrough ideas from start to finish with measurable and positive impact for both the customer and the business.  You will need to deeply understand the customer and develop strong partnerships with other related feature teams to create unified end user experiences so people can complete the tasks that they do everyday more naturally and with greater ease.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years Program Management experience
• Excellent track record for delivering experiences that delight users
• Excellent communication, collaboration and execution skills
• Ability to prioritize and make hard decisions
• Versatility in driving technical topics, vision, planning and day-to-day project management   
• BS in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tangible experience with NL/AI offerings
