Responsibilities

• In addition to having a passion for technology, we are looking for a program manager who thrives on helping customers succeed. 
• Take part in shaping our vision and defining the capabilities and experiences to ensure we are building targeted, differentiated security features for our products. 
• Be able to assess and evaluate emerging trends in IT Security and Information Protection.
• Interact with other teams in Azure, the field, marketing and with key decision makers from our customers.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or IT technical discipline or in place 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior professional experience in information protection and data security. 
• 2+ years of Program Management/Project Management experience.
• Experience with relational database management systems, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of programming experience in Java OR C++ OR C OR object-oriented programming
• Ability to analyze high-level requirements and turn them into actionable plans.
• Enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, results-orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness to succeed in a fast-paced competitive environment.
• Desire to work and solve problems collaboratively.
• Excellent communicationskills, ability to lead without authority; communication skills are a key component of this role with audiences that include customers, peers and at times executive leadership
