Come join the Bing Answers, Segments and Knowledge PM team and get to work on one of the largest consumer AI production systems in Microsoft. We are looking for someone who would love to drive the personalization content recommendations to various canvases like Edge, Windows and Bing to achieve user growth through close collaborations with those canvas teams. The ideal candidate will have passion for content quality and have a good understanding of user growth for personalization product and build compelling UX experience/features to retain users.

Flighting and experimentation are essential foundation on how we ship new features so your work will be seen by millions of users daily. The candidate should have great user empathy, and experiences of translating user problems into measurable product goals.

Responsibilities

As a Feeds product PM owner, your major responsibilities will be: 

• Define the user growth funnel and distribution strategies.
• Work with multiple canvas owners to align integration scenarios, priority and timelines with a win-win mindset.
• Work with designer and user researchers to come up with compelling user experiences for user growth and retention.
• Build insights/hypothesis by experimentations, user feedback analysis, user studies or partner team needs to capture user pain points and product gaps. 
• Translate those insights into measurable product goals and distill them down to into concrete features or actions with prioritization.
• Write feature specs, manage, and track key issues, and manage v-team execution across multiple disciplines (developer, scientist, designer, etc.)
• Create metrics and drive measurement plans for your experiments and features. Connect back to user hypothesis. 
• Ability to think big, but able to build a phased and measured approach to achieve that vision.
• Ability to define clear product scope, goal, and top priority in an ambiguous space.

This PM role also has a strong focus on cross-team collaboration: 

• Proactively collaborate and drive requirements to partner teams from both up and down streams in the stack.
• Evangelize your team’s technology or assets to partner teams, help with their success and initiate new collaborations.
• Find opportunities to leverage partner teams’ strength for your product.
• Communicate proactively on issues and status, solve cross-team dependencies.
• Learn and live our diversity and inclusivity principles.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years product management or related experience involving feature development
• BS, MS in computer science, business or related disciplines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in user growth and retention
• Successful track record of working collaboratively across multiple teams
• Excellent communications skills - verbal and written
• 3+ years of experience in user facing products - identifying the user need, defining the user scenario, and driving the design
