As a Program Manager in Azure Global’s ASCII group (Azure Special Capabilities Infrastructure and Innovation) you will help define business strategy and drive execution for special programs that address the needs of Azure’s most critical customers. This role will allow you to combine your passions for business strategy, operational execution, program management, and technology to drive service enhancements across a wide range of customers in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Build program and go-to-market plans for emerging programs addressing customer needs in the critical infrastructure domain
• Manage workflows around customer engagements, ensure requirements are documented, work items are executed, and program structures are defined
• Be a program evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities
• Validate program effectiveness and provide executive visibility to status, risks, challenges, and opportunities
• Work effectively across stakeholder teams to ensure resource alignment and collaboration including marketing, business operations and strategy, commerce, and product groups

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/product management experience
• Broad understanding of cloud computing products and commerce models
• Experience in change management process
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA or equivalent work experience 
• Familiarity with go-to-market motions to include marketing and commerce operations
• Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills with proven ability to work across organizations to get engagement, build consensus, and drive resolution to challenging problems
