We are looking for a passionate self-driven PM to drive key initiatives Kubernetes monitoring in Azure Monitor Container insights product. As a program manager in role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap and delivering one of the fastest growing service in Azure Edge & Platform organization. Responsibilities

• Drive key initiatives in Kubernetes monitoring by identifying customer requirements & prioritization of features across external & internal customers.
• Contribute in Azure Monitor strategy by keeping abreast on latest trends and developments in CNCF related to Kubernetes, containers, microservices and monitoring.
• Analyze competition and drive differentiation of our offering
• Design easy to use intuitive user experience for the monitoring Kubernetes
• Work closely with engineering to plan and implement the features
• Effectively communicating strategy and goals and how they align to the team’s work.
• Build / Measure / Learn methodology and drive feature backed by hypothesis and validation
• Partner closely with teams across Azure & Open Source community (OSS)
• Representing the products at various conferences and closely work with Field and Marketing to drive adoption

Qualifications

Required
· Minimum 6+ year of experience in Program Management
· Proven record of building technical and business relationships with senior stakeholders.
· Agile development methodology - Track record of working closely with development teams.
· Exceptional decision-making and prioritization skills, conflict resolution, community building, and follow through.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to speak with influence and impact. Able to communicate complex technical information clearly to people with or without a technical background.
· Track record of v-team accomplishments (cross boundary collaboration and interpersonal awareness).
· BS, BA, or MS Computer Science Degree or equivalent preferred

Preferred:
· Understanding of Kubernetes, containers and microservices as it relates to monitoring is desired.
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies.
