Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap that empowers Azure to manage all engineering fundamentals across Reliability, Availability, Spend, Privacy, Security and more; in particular, Quality Metrics.
• Define and deliver product features in partnership with UX designers and engineering team.
• Partner with engineering and leadership across Azure to cultivate customer success and customer-driven development whether that is Azure customers or internal service teams
• Provide hands-on program management during various phases of the program including day-to-day coordination of tasks.
• Work in a fast-paced technical environment with engineering leaders across Microsoft.
• Define and own key metrics and key quality and performance indicators.

Skills

• Customer Empathy –deeply understand the needs of Azure customers and Service owners.
• Detail- and results-oriented, with demonstrated experience managing complex design and delivery of cloud services.
• Think big and design for solutions that scale end to end for Azure customers to engineering teams
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with experience running cross-divisional projects.
• Experience and depth in data pipelines
• Strategic thinker, with experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap for new technologies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• BS or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent industry work experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
•  

Knowledge and experiences:

• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platform.
• Experience in service engineering lifecycle and live site operation at internet scale.
• Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to launch
• Experience with product management, from understanding customer requirements and defining a product roadmap to driving engineering work and adoption.
