We are looking for an individual with deep experience and demonstrated ability to:

• Drives the definition and execution of key growth initiatives (such as telemetry, customers and partners engagement programs, experimentations);
• Build and leverage existing field sales and partners enablement programs;
• Acts as liaison between customers and feature PMs to ensure appropriate prioritization of use cases and features.

To succeed in this role, you need to not only be customer obsessed but also have a passion for enabling our ecosystem to support our customers in the Healthcare Industry. Your attention to details will make the difference and help us improve our vision and overall quality of our products. You’ll act as the first advocate of our Industry solutions, work closely with our demo team to create impactful demonstrations for Healthcare Cloud and be ready to engage with customers C-suite executive teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform in a software consulting or technical sales capacity.
• 5+ years experience in Healthcare Industry (Payor, Provider or Pharma).

Preferred:

• Embody the Digital Transformation Platform Group principles like: “We succeed when the customer succeeds.
• Bring a deep understanding of how customers use CRM and ERP applications and enable their business transformation.
• Stellar cross group collaboration, able to drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large organization and deliver results that depend on other divisions.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and influencing skills.
• BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical experience.
• MBA preferred.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
