Responsibilities

Our team helps Developers & Program Managers creating Azure & Windows to be more productive by providing them services, tools and guidance, while securing our Engineering Systems to be impervious to Supply Chain security attacks. We are a fun tightly nit team who are super passionate about what we do and how we come together as team to do it. We deeply recognize that our team has one of the most leveraged Jobs at Microsoft. Small improvements in productivity of employees enable Microsoft in deliver far more valuable products to the Billion+ customers of ours, and we build on each others’ ideas to generate creative and novel ways to achieve our goals.

 

We’re looking for a strong entrepreneurial Senior PM who cares deeply about the culture of the feature team to create the best ideas together… someone who is passionate about engaging with customers to know their needs well and comfortable in the use of data to make decisions.

 

In this role you will lead our strategy of team work and code-flow of the Azure and Windows organizations and drive features of the Engineering System that helps developers of Azure and Windows to deliver high feathers and quality faster and more efficiently than ever. You will also be responsible for increasing the security of the Windows and Azure source code and engineering systems.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline required.

10+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality software products.

You have 3+ years of people management experience.

You are a genuine self-starter, who proactively identifies problems, proposes solutions and drives a team to address them.

You are open-minded and continuously searching for “Why” behind the data being reported/observed.

You are a change agent driving cultural change of your team.

You are strong technically, with a track record of successfully designing and delivering solutions for complex technical problems.

Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
