The mission of the S-C-M Customer Experience FastTrack Team is to help customers onboard to our services and realize value from getting modern with Microsoft Managed Desktop. We also partner closely with our Engineering peers to improve our services based on the insights collected from the thousands of customers we work with. We are committed to our customers success and growth through world-class customer engineering engagement and continuous product improvements.
In this job, you will play a critical role ensuring the M365 FastTrack team successfully enables customers, at scale, to use our Modern Management products including Windows 365 and the Microsoft Managed Desktop Service. You will partner closely with Engineering peers to understand supported products becoming the technical expert for our FastTrack partner. You will define the set of requirements for FastTrack to successfully engage customers to drive intent to use products as well as onboard to products. You will learn from customers and FastTrack deployment collecting product insights and driving those insights into our Engineering peers to improve our products. This is an exciting position but broad opportunity to get customers using our products and to improve our product through direct engagement with Engineering.
Here’s some of what we are looking for in a candidate:
5+ years of Program Management experience
Great communication and presentation skills
Ability to align a disparate set of teams on a common strategy, goal and set of objectives
Ability to define, track and drive complex programs
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly understand Microsoft products
· The ability to evaluate and quantify numerous customer and service insights identifying and driving the most impactful insights into our Engineering peers
· The ability to drive service enhancements with our scale deployment peers with a focus on onboarding process simplification, creation of technical onboarding and readiness content, and readiness training
· Strong desire to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
· Self-driven and the ability to work autonomously
