As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead large scale programs across Alexa Shopping and partner teams to drive strategic initiatives on behalf of our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple deliverables, passionate about data, and has excellent business acumen and business communication skills. You are excited about the positive impact Alexa can have for customers and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, collaborative environment.

The Senior Program Manager will:
· Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to Alexa Shopping leaders and stakeholders.
· Design, implement, and own mechanisms across partner teams to ensure delivery on metrics, goals, and team projects.
· Actively seek ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
· Proactively identify program blockers, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree.
· 5+ years experience in program or project management.
· Experience designing and implementing mechanisms that drive automation or standardization across business and technical partner teams.
· Excel verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence leaders and stakeholders.
· Strong analytical skills and comfortable in a data driven environment.
· An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
· Strong attention to detail and desire to work in a collaborative, dynamic, intellectually curious environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Masters degree or equivalent experience.
· Fluency in German / Italian / Spanish
· Business Analytics / SQL experience.
· Experience in e-commerce or consumer retail.
· Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
