We are looking for a strong Senior Program Manager who will be part of the CSX team. In this role, this person will work with internal partners and consumers to understand their unmet needs and translate this into requirements, build an effective product design and work with a great development team to build them.

As a PM, you will be part of a cross-functional team that works with customers, developers and architects; understands the platform and services, track services usage rigorously and drives data driven decisions, collaborates with teams across Microsoft to define product feature roadmaps/execution plans and writes awesome documents and compelling demos that demonstrate the potential of these applications and workflows. You would work with multiple stakeholders across multiple organizations and expected to demonstrate Influence without Authority in the true One Microsoft spirit.

Key Requirements:

• A university degree (BS or MS) in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience shipping high-quality software products.
• You are strong technically, with a track record of successfully designing and delivering solutions for complex technical problems
• Experience with a metrics-driven mindset and the ability to experiment, learn and improve
• Passion for building great user experiences and a proven ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Prior experience in product management discipline
• Strong written/verbal communication skills, authors compelling documents
• Experience developing mobile or web-based business applications, UX design
