What you’ll do:

• Work closely with our business stakeholders to understand the regulatory environment in which they operate.
• Develop existing and new capabilities that ensure that the business that operate on our platforms can meet their regulatory commitments
• Collaborate with our Product and Technology leaders to support strategy and prioritization recommendations and decisions
• Identify opportunities for us to align policy and procedure and work with stakeholders in multiple markets and develop exec level recommendations and proposals and influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries
• Work with your peers to develop a culture that considers compliance as part of the initial design, and protects our users interests
• Build a team to support this function and work with external partners and advisors

What you’ll bring:

• A passion for media and technology – it’s at the core of everything we do
• Experience of developing capabilities & processes that enable compliance
• Proven track record influencing and working with decision makers to drive strategic decisions
• Significant experience and ability to develop and drive transformation in technology
• A passion for data, with experience using large-scale analytics and data to shape business decisions; ideally understanding of personalisation and experimentation for driving customer and business outcomes.
• You’ll be able to demonstrate having built relationships with stakeholders from a diverse range of disciplines, cultures and geographies
• Demonstrable experience of having built effective and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Confident communication skills across a broad technology and business landscape.
• Highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team with experience of operating in a matrix structure, in fast paced organisations.
• Restless and curious, able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
