What you’ll do:

• Produce through the line advertising campaigns for sky’s product & content brands.

• Thrive for creative excellence on projects, within the framework set (timings & budget).

• Accountable for driving internal creative process forward during creative development phase.

• Accountable for ensuring projects are scoped and resourced appropriately, and manage the resource requirements as they arise.

• Partner with Account Management to manage the stakeholder approvals process.

• Managing the pre and post production process end to end  including VFX and design, animation, editing, audio pipelines.

• Accountable for all clearances and checks required prior to delivery (clearcast, compliance, legal, etc).

• Accountable for delivery of both on air and off air assets.

• Accountable for delivering on time and on budget, as agreed with the Account Director & stakeholders.

• Accountable for budgeting & tracking on projects, under the supervision of the Exec Producer.

What you’ll bring:

• Fluent in German and English

• 6yrs + production experience across TTL Advertising

• Passion for great creative and the ambition to make Sky Creative best in class with a commitment to building the very best diverse culture to deliver world-beating work.

• In depth understanding of creative & production processes: live-action shoots, post production/motion GFX, print and Digital.

• Thorough financial grounding with a proven ability to budget, cost save, track and report.

• Ability to manage the production process and its various stages of sign-off (in partnerships with account management for stakeholder approvals).

• Self-sufficient and able to work alone, but good at managing up to the Exec producer

• Ability to work in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment,  driving projects from brief to delivery with a calm and professional approach.

• Ability to foster excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, external partners and colleagues

• Forward thinking with the ability to forward plan & prioritise to prevent bottlenecks.

• Proven ability to get the best out of individuals and a team, inspirational leadership

• Can do attitude, problem solving mindset.

• Confident in senior level meetings with stakeholder management 

• Great communicator - ability to present clear and coherent narratives in a confident manner. 

• Technical knowledge and understanding of creative processes and broadcast delivery.

Sky Creative is Sky’s European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across our European Markets.

The hub will consist of an in-house capability and a matrix of external agency and post production partners.
