Our client promotes and protects the rights of health and disability services of consumers and facilitates the fair and efficient resolution of complaints relating to infringements of those rights. 

It requires the services of an experienced policy practitioner to provide trusted advice on policy matters relating to aged care.   
 
To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Experience leading or supporting strategic development projects and programmes across a range of areas, 
• Experience analysing information and providing high quality advice and briefings on a wide range of policy issues, 
• The ability to write high impact reports, 
• An understanding of public sector processes and machinery of government, 
• High level interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, 
• An in depth understanding of health equity and the ability to drive positive change 
• Appropriate tertiary qualification(s)
