Senior Partner Manager
Location: : Global - (UK/Spain/Italy/Germany/Turkey)

Role purpose
The Senior Partner Manager is responsible to develop, define and implement a partner framework ensuring that our partners are fully aligned to our strategy and ways of working. In this role you will be responsible for the sourcing strategies and the “roadmap†for Enterprise Technology vendors within D&IT and for all sourcing initiatives. The role holder will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the key vendors are keeping pace with changing needs and implementing improvements without impacting on service stability and programme delivery. An excellent understanding of the services being delivered and knowledge of key supplier management methodologies will be required along with a detailed knowledge of key business requirements to ensure that the vendors deliver exactly what is needed, when it’s needed.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Define, execute and operationalise the vendor strategy for Enterprise Technology within D&IT in order to achieve the LPM&T goals
• Develop a partner framework to ensure full alignment of partners to our strategy towards SAFe / Agile Ways of Working
o Foster Agile contracts
o Support leaner and more persistent Supplier and Customer partnerships
• Define partner engagement standards and implement standardized partner interaction model aligned with SAFe
• Ensure successful partner selection and onboarding in collaboration with VPC
• Monitor partner performance by establishing partner performance management approach in collaboration with VPC and delivery domains
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Influencing - adapts style and influencing skills to a range of complex situations and stakeholder needs
• Leadership - heads up large virtual teams and acts as an accessible reference point for knowledge and expertise. Motivates and supports others and boosts morale
• Has over 5 years commercial and vendor management working experience within telecoms industry
• Has experience of working within Supply Chain at both a global and local level
• Has successfully worked in a complex environment with virtual teams in a matrix organisation
• Strong Relationship Management
• At least 3 years working in an IT Delivery environment
