Minimum qualifications:

• Reverse logistics or supply chain experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Experience in conducting regional analysis and presenting strategy to executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and developing people.
• Program or operations management experience working cross-functionally and delivering project plans.

Preferred qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to set, manage and track against a set of diverse, strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to proactively and systematically identify and propose opportunities (e.g. process improvements, collaboration with other teams).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop substantive, impactful, and compelling reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives within the Service Operations team, from vendor governance to the implementation and sustaining of new processes and programs for supporting new product launches.
• Drive performance metrics, scorecards, and regular business reviews with retail partners related to reverse logistics operational results.
• Build innovative continuous improvement programs with cross-functional partners to ensure excellent customer returns and repairs support.
• Be accountable for performance results and customer expectations deliverables. Manage operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and new product introductions launch management at repair network.
• Model business cases for optimal reverse supply chain set-up, considering multiple variables (e.g., business forecasts, return rates, business channels, geographies, bill of materials (BOM) cost, disposition, etc.).
