About the role

As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team providing supports to NDIS pariticpants living in the central and western suburbs of the greater Sydney metropolitan area.

Accordingly, we are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who aren’t afraid to try something different and wanting to work for a company where professional development and career progression is a reality. You will bring your excellent time management and organisational skills to the role.

Responsibilities include:

Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner with the assistance of an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments

Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant

Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life

Mentor graduates and early career clinicians

Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

About you

To be successful you will have:

Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

Considerable experience as an Occupational Therapist

Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload

Pro-active attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas

Experience mentoring graduates and/or early career clinicians

Genuine passion for working in the Disability sector
