About this role
In this fixed term contract role you will be managing an innovative and dynamic team with growing investment from business
You'll own and manage the overall strategy and performance of paid media and search channels to meet business objectives, across business segments
delivering robust always on campaigns, optimisation and ‘test & learn’ programmes
Effectively balance the budget between channels for the best business result
You'll have the following responsibilities
Accountable for delivering and shaping the search and paid media strategy with plans to help segments reach MTP targets and driving growth in traffic and sales
Reporting on performance and identifying opportunities in digital marketing. Working closely with digital and segment teams to understand weekly performance and headroom opportunities
Working closely with campaign managers to optimise and execute campaigns by ensuring the right build is set up in time for go live
Aligning media and digital performance to help translate total campaign performance to internal stakeholder, working closely with Marketing performance team
Driving lead gen demand through SME and CPS campaigns with the use of martech tools such as Driftrock
You'll have the following skills & experience
Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
Excellent organisational skills: planning and managing multiple campaigns across digital channels in one go, clearly able to prioritise efforts for maximum business results
Influencing skills: adept at clearly communicating your plans with the audience’s priorities in mind, bringing people from various teams along with you to deliver to the highest standards
Stakeholder management: balance the competing demands from digital and trading teams
PowerPoint skills: effectively communicating plans and performance with stakeholders
