We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive who can bring knowledge, enthusiasm and ideas to a variety of projects which span across multiple areas of the university. You will join a team that champions the Massey brand, are eager to embed Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and cares about the student journey and experience.

Along with a variety of projects to work on, you will immerse yourself in our international student marketing mahi as well as care and nurture relationships and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to create solutions which supports their needs. You will get to collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on projects which focus on the domestic student market as well as international.

You will likely have good knowledge of marketing best practices (including digital, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation and copy-writing), and enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking. Being a marketer we know you can work to tight deadlines, have an eye for detail and have good creative judgement. A person that likes being let loose on projects, and doesn't let anything phase them, will do well in this role.

If you have an in-depth knowledge of consumer and/or service marketing, and have some amazing projects that you have worked on that were innovative in their approach, got the results you were after, pushed the boundaries, and you learnt a thing or two about what not to do, then we would like to hear from you.

To be successful in this role we require the following:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent business experience in marketing
• Ideally seven plus years demonstrable experience as a senior marketing executive
• Proficiency in marketing, project or campaign management and analytics
• Proven ability to deliver marketing plans
• Experience with Te Ao Maori would be highly beneficial
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a concise and compelling manner
• Skills in working across various departments or stakeholders.
