We’re looking for a Senior Manager Programs to join our growing People Services & Systems team. In this key role, you’ll provide strategic program management support in the creation and delivery of the People Services Transformation Roadmap.
Reporting into the Director of People Services Transformation, the role partners with People & Culture functions and the business to review service delivery and identify opportunities to transform, delivering sustained value for our people. The role provides strategic, operational and specialist support to senior management on the development, implementation and monitoring of initiatives that optimise the people experience by simplifying, streamlining and redesigning services.

About you
You’ve worked in a similar role before in a large, complex, matrix organisation.
Leading this work though sprints, you will have experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Superior communication and an ability to really get under the hood of what your clients need will be critical to your success in this role.
Other essential requirements for the role:
Services Transformation program management experience
Experience and understanding of human centred design methodology
Rich consulting skills at a senior level
Ability to change and adapt to customer needs
Understanding of the change management cycle
