The opportunity

 

Right now we have a permanent, full time opportunity for a CRM Practice Lead to provide thought leadership and consultation around business transformation and initiatives across CRM and Case Management products at Transport for NSW including implementation, change management, governance, and centre of excellence programs.

Your key accountabilities are:

  

Enhance Salesforce based business systems and continuously improve business processes through better utilisation of Salesforce functionality, process re-engineering, standardisation and simplification.

Continue building a CRM Practice with sound governance on platform strategy and design, providing business and technology stakeholders maximum business value adds with the use of Salesforce and other technology products.

Position technology solutions in a way that allows business and technology stakeholders to make appropriate decisions on design options.

Assist in managing the CRM Practice team, providing technical advice, acting as an escalation point for issues and helping to mentor and develop individual team members.

 

 

About you

 

Knowledgeable in networking and applications solution architecture and design,  you also demonstrate understanding of architectural frameworks and principles. You have experience leading teams or project groups to successful project delivery across a large customer facing organisation.

 

Engaging and consultative you are able to effectively distill business needs and identify and communicate fit for purpose options to your clients.  You are a natural in establishing strong stakeholder relationships, developing trust and influencing with integrity.

 

Salary and Benefits

 

This is a Transport Senior Service Manager role. An attractive remuneration package will be determined with the successful candidate.
