The Senior Manager -Performance & Riskoperates within Citi’s Global Middle Office. Citi is transitioning through a period of significant growth, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play an active role in driving the shape the business. The candidate will also be a delegate for the senior manager, and be able to adapt to BAU peak demands where required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on internal strategic initiatives and process improvements; work with regional partners to ensure a common approach
• Lead training on strategic platforms and associated feeds
• Lead on change across the client base
• Lead on technical issues across the team
• Assist on theBAU function for range of clients in the EMEA region
• Ensure strong client delivery and excellent KPIs
• Liaise with a variety of clients at a senior level
• Ensure a strong governance environment in place
• Develop strong, pro-active relationships with all internal and external customers
• Delegate for the department head

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in fund accounting or tertiary qualifications
• Experience as project and implementation lead
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• IAQ, CIPM, IMC or equivalent
