The opportunity

 

Right now, we have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Learning & Development Partnering to join the Learning & Development Strategy team and oversee our Greater Sydney division.

 

This role is responsible for leading the development, review and implementation of learning and development strategies, programs and practices to develop the capability of Transports workforce to operate effectively in alignment with business strategy and capability plans.

 

This role will require travel across Sydney metro offices depending on project needs.

About you

 

We are looking for an individual who possesses previous leadership experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning strategies and programs. You will have a strong grounding in adult learning and registered training organisations.

 

Critical to your success in the role is your ability to be an innovated Thought Leader, passionate about learning and development for our people and always looking to challenge to status quo.

 

You are a collaborative and talented leader of people with extensive knowledge of Learning & Development. You know how to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively with leaders to drive outcomes. You will pride yourself on always being a step ahead, anticipating and addressing potential issues before they arise.

 

Engaging and energetic, you understand the value of an excellent employee experience and you’re committed to making Transport a great place to work. You excel in your communication and presentation skills and have proven experience influencing senior leaders and operating in a complex customer centric environment.

 

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience is essential.
