About the team
Technology Enablement ensures IT for Transport can confidently deliver essential services to the people of NSW. We:

The opportunity
Right now, we have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Senior Manager IT Organisational Change to join us in Technology Enablement team.
This role will lead a scale-able agency-like Organisational Change Management (OCM) function for IT. It will create new and enhance existing OCM forums to facilitate knowledge-sharing, collaboration and the coordination of resources to support in-flight and pipeline projects.
What you will be involved in:
Define and continuously improve OCM services for IT
Provide strategic OCM leadership and support to Transport through IT implementation initiatives, project and programs designed to guide and accelerate IT initiative adoption
Provide quality assurance activities through the implementation of OCM program governance structures and processes to guarantee the delivery of high quality, cost-effective and on-time OCM programs

About you
We are looking for a proven change professional who can shift culture with proven success leading large scale OCM projects.
Together with your appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience, you will have end to end process experience with the maturity to uplift the scalability of the team.
You are a strong influencer who is also empathetic and capable of leading change management in a complex multi-agency, multi-supplier IT ecosystem that has not yet reached operating maturity.
Ideally, you will also have technology portfolio experience and are a motivator that can enable the team to make a difference and enjoys uplifting the maturity state of a model and the team.
