Our client, a leading bank in the Americas is hiring a Senior Manager Finance for their Global Asset Management business.

The Senior Manager, Finance is a key partner in supporting our client’s Global Asset Management business partners in helping them execute on their financial strategies and overall financial performance.

 The Senior Manager is responsible for providing greater financial insight to the business lines partners (internal and external views), management and coordination of planning within Asset Management, and improves the financial production effectiveness. The Senior Manager provides comprehensive financial review, analysis, and evaluation of various business unit's financial performance.

You have exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can translate strategy into tangible actions and drive strategy forward!

Your Key Qualifications:

·        CPA from Big 4 accounting firm.

·        University degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce. An MBA considered an asset.

·        A minimum of 5 years in a Finance/Leadership function.

·        A deep understanding of the Asset Management Industry and Investment Products.

·        Strong reporting experience with key insights and analytics to support the business.

·        Experience leading planning, forecasting and the annual profit plan within Asset Management.

·        Experience with operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, risk management, oversight controls and change management.
