Job summary
The WW Customer Optimization & Enablement organization is looking for a methodically driven and analytically minded Senior manager responsible for leading a ‘core team’ of business analysts, reporting specialists and automation experts focused inventing and simplifying processes, data and priorities on behalf of our in-region teams and customers across EMEA, NAMER and Emerging markets. This new and strategically minded function is responsible for helping to build the CO&E of tomorrow, with an emphasis on finding new ways to scale with a lean, sustainable outlook, removing duplication of tasks and sharing learnings and best practices across regions/geos as we strive for global parity and consistency for our customers.
Key job responsibilities
The role will work closely with central WW organizations including Central Sales Insights, analytics and Data science (SIADS) teams, Business Management (BM) and Strategic programs (SP) as we bridge between ‘innovating at the edge’ to ‘scaling at the core’ by graduating our innovations, concepts and initiatives to the global stage to fully automate or launch advanced product solutions.
The successful candidate will have a passion for leading a diverse, global and multi-faceted team that is able move with agility and precision between analytics and project work; responsible for four core areas; i) Analyze and aggregate complex data sets from multiple sources to provide tailored on-going WW recommendations to central leadership & In-region teams, ii) build a strong reporting and internal/external communications backbone to across a weekly/monthly/quarterly and functional cadences, iii) lead complex WW evergreen projects, initiatives including coordination of the global CO&E backlog and iv) ideate, build, iterate and scale our global KPI and goals management function with an emphasis on establishing strong inspection mechanisms.

BA/BS Degree required; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience managing complex projects and implementations, with a proven track record of driving projects to successful implementation from start to finish
5+ years of experience in business analytics and collating global insights across multiple unique regions.
Experience working with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and multiple functions
Proven ability to build and manage a team of managers and specialist team leads
Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions for difficult, ambiguous and complex issues
Prior experience leading large- to mid-sized, diverse organizations
Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
Experience working within a high-growth, global technology company
The ability to plan and think strategically, and execute at a detailed level
Capable of managing multiple program tracks/milestones in parallel, across multiple owners
Results-orientation, with an ability to keep programs on track and deliver on time and budget
Collaborative orientation, flexible, and able to incorporate different perspectives into plans
An innovative, creative builder who thinks outside the box and continuously improves the tools, approaches, mechanisms, and metrics by which we deliver and evaluate programs
