The opportunity

As we continue to grow you grow and this is where you come in! We're currently on the lookout for a permanent full time Senior Manager, Audit and Assurance to join our governance and support function of health and safety. This opportunity will see you gain exposure to all 3 game changing projects - City South West, Metro West and Western Sydney Airport - and contribute to business decision making.

As an experienced Senior Manager Health and Safety, your focus is to lead the development and implementation of our annual health & safety audit plan with regards to H&S activities performed by our delivery partners. This includes providing accurate and robust information that supports governance and decision making across all H&S programs and identifying trends and opportunities to help make meaningful decisions in relation to health and safety.

About you

You are a passionate health & safety professional looking for an opportunity to drive and lead impactful change that better the lives of the NSW community. An independent self-starter, you have demonstrated health and safety experience in the infrastructure industry preferably rail and are comfortable with influencing and managing multiple stakeholders. A lead safety auditor qualification would be preferred in addition to experience leading health and safety audit programs.
