My client based in Downtown Vancouver is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their growing team. This Human Resources Manager will partner with the current VP of Human Resources to execute a variety of exciting projects including a HRIS implementation, salary and job description reviews and updates, a complete reassessment of the current policies and much more. This Human Resources Manager will utilize their thorough understanding of BC Employment Standards to successfully bring these projects to fruition and ensure that the employee life cycle is exceptional from start to finish. This Human Resources Manager will be a key contributor in ensuring this company becomes the leader in their industry for employee satisfaction. This Human Resources Manager will lead a team of 3 and will have the opportunity to help develop the skillsets of those team members to elevate the team's capabilities and performance. This Human Resources Manager role is the perfect opportunity for an experience HR Manager to step up into a strategic and project focused role.

Requirements

Requirements for this role are heavily focused on soft skills. My client is a seeking hard-working, humble, and emotionally intelligent individual who is just as passionate about HR and creating a phenomenal employee experience as she is. Additional requirements include an exceptionally thorough understanding of BC employment law, at least 1 year of experience managing a team, a proven track record of continuity in roles and seeing the successful outcome of their projects.
