Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.

The role supports Managers and Leaders to implement people solutions. 

This position is located in Wellington central.  

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

• At least one years previous experience working as a Senior HR Advisor 
• Strong employment relations experience 
• Strong HR generalist experience  
• At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the machinery of government
• Excellent relationship building skills

This is is a twelve month fixed term position with potential to extend.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
