The role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist (Shared Services - Employee Life Cycle) to join our Global HR Operation function based in Singapore. This role is responsible for executing HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories of Employee Life Cycle activities.

As the Senior HR Specialist, you will:

• Support to build the end-to-end Global HR processes workflow, desktop procedures and job aids for Tier 1 execution
• Execute country migration and document knowledge transfer, seeking opportunities for harmonization and standardize task for automation
• Act as Process Driver to improve upstream process to ensure data completeness and accuracy for downstream payroll inputs and other systems
• Manage operational service issues and escalation for resolution, translating issues as opportunities for continuous improvement and further process streamline
• Collaborate effectively with local People Partner and other team members within and outside HR to drive excellent employee-experience.

 Qualification

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Diploma or Degree with 5-8 years in HR Shared Services environment and have regional exposure in employee life cycle processes
• Hands on operationally with a passion and drive to standardise and simplify workflow and processes
• A good knowledge in Workday and Service Now is preferred.
• A structured, process-oriented person that is resilient to work in a fast-pace environment to build the new HR Operations framework
