Role Responsibility

• To lead a team of HR Administrators/Advisors within the onboard team
• Effectively coach and develop the teams capabilities to deliver excellent service delivery
• Focus on quality management and development, alongside leading continuous reviews of processes and ways of working
• Using data to gain insights into the team performance, and make suggestions for improvements to meet/exceed SLA’s
• Providing regular feedback to the team on performance and quality, and developing goals for the role and career
• Working collaboratively with the Operational Senior HRA to jointly deliver on our performance commitments
• Proactively develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, and create trusting partnerships

The Ideal Candidate

• You will have up-to-date best practice and thought leadership in HR/specialist area
• You will analyse information rapidly and be able to make informed judgments and provide advice on the best option to progress in line with established process
• You will use standard procedures and common sense to solve problems and coach others in the standard processes within specialism; applying own judgment and criteria to adapt previous recommendations
• You will be driven to achieve the right result despite challenging internal/external circumstances
• You’ll be highly credible and build relationships with key stakeholders
• You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensuring facts are correct, complete and consistent
• You’ll be confident in the use of data and data analytical skills
• You will be able to confidently challenge the organisation and/or seek support from HR leaders to address wider issues
