About this role
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager focused on advertising solutions, to join our growing Data & AI Solutions team.
We are looking for someone driven and entrepreneurial, who has a passion for developing and managing customer-centric, insight-led solutions underpinned by data and AI. You will be brilliant at managing projects and building relationships, motivated, tenacious, ambitious and full of ideas. You will be a team player, who is comfortable using their initiative in a fast-paced and ever changing environment and has the leadership qualities to inspire those around them.
This high-profile role is critical for the growth of our Data & AI Solutions business. You will play a leading role in the planning, development, delivery and in-life management of high-profile, innovative digital solutions that meet emerging customer needs, deliver against strategic commercial objectives and build BT’s Data & AI Solutions market offering.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Product Planning and Strategy
Manage the development of innovative new advertising products and services that address evolving customer and market needs, trends and opportunities
Manage the design and development of customer-centric strategic product roadmaps, defining features, capabilities and specifications
Responsible for future product investment and business cases – securing funding for insight-led strategic opportunities
Manage proposition development of intuitive, insight-led and scalable digital solutions underpinned by data and AI – ensuring we take advantage of strategic market opportunities and meet evolving customer needs
Oversee the development of value proposition and product messaging hierarchies, customer lifecycle and channel strategies
Product Management
Responsible for the day to day management of an AI digital advertising solutions portfolio, including technology and service offerings
Management and development of solutions that include rapidly growing on and offsite sales and service teams, ensuring the business is set up and operating effectively to meet commercial and customer targets
Responsibility for in-life portfolio and commercial performance
Management and development of strategic £multi-million partner contracts, including working on new contracts with legal teams
Management of £multi-million technology investment – including scoping and delivery to time and quality
Management of senior stakeholders up to CEO level, including investment proposals, reporting and demos
Management of external comms plans and phasing, working with Props, PR and marketing teams
Development of pan-BT strategic initiatives and cross-portfolio bundles – including channel, marketing and pricing/promo strategy
You'll have the following skills & experience
Strong digital advertising industry experience – ideally managing an advertising solution / portfolio
Strong digital and data driven product development and management experience
Strong operational understanding of how to effectively run customer facing sales and service teams
Experience developing / managing supplier contracts and scoping / identifying strategic partners
Strong understanding and experience of agile product development
Strong experience developing and presenting business cases at a senior level
