The opportunity
The Digital Channels Management team within P&C are currently recruiting for a Senior Digital Officer to join our team. This is a permanent full time opportunity and will be based in Macquarie Park (currently hybrid way of working).
The Senior Digital Officer is responsible for providing oversight and advice to ensure a suite of modern and integrated communication channels deliver timely, innovative and engaging digital content to ensure employees receive the information they need to perform their roles, and have the opportunity to provide feedback.
This role is also responsible for working with key stakeholders to manage the upload high quality corporate content and information onto the intranet and other digital communications channels to ensure the seamless flow of information to employees and target audiences in accordance with organisational processes and policy.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Experience managing digital communications channels such as websites / intranets, email and social media.
Sound knowledge of online, digital and social media communications channels and supporting technology systems.
Experience managing content on websites / intranets using content management systems.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in order to action and complete all requests that come through in a timely manner.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 8 ($120,423 to $134,872) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
