Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Product owner of the co.uk website
  • Immediate focus will be to manage and strategically lead the migration and optimisation of the website in a two-phase project: first phase will be the migration from the Kentico CMS to Magento 2, with the second phase being optimisation of UX and SEO across the full website.
  • Design and development of campaign landing pages
  • Content creation of SEO rich website newsfeed

Social Media Marketing

  • This role is imperative to the success of the apetito brand digital marketing activities. Working closely with the PR, Content and Corporate Affairs and business unit (Care Homes, Healthcare and Education) specific teams, you’ll build and manage campaigns, build quarterly organic content calendars for our LinkedIn and Twitter profiles, and manage all B2B and corporate level paid media activities.
  • Recruitment marketing: working in conjunction with the Marketing Manager – Employer Brand, you will build and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook and LinkedIn, providing campaign updates and insights while ensuring the campaigns are continuously optimised.
  • Community Management: you will monitor and manage all community management across our social media profiles, as well as monitoring and responding to any engagement on paid media campaigns.

Digital Agency

  • Our external digital marketing agency are an extension of our team. One of the biggest areas of this role will be the day-to-day management of this relationship, acting as the lynchpin between the agency and apetito Marketing teams.
  • Managing budgets, both from a central perspective and those of the business units.
  • Supporting and guiding in brief creation for multi-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Leading and management of weekly, monthly and quarterly agency meetings.

Other

  • You will be responsible for monitoring the online brand reputation on digital platforms such as Google My Business and Trustpilot, responding to customer reviews and flagging where necessary. You will also be tasked with ensuring all company information is correct and up to date.
  • You’ll also act as the lynchpin between the marketing teams and the content team.
  • You will have responsibility of your own budget and monitoring the digital budgets of the wider marketing team.

Qualifications

 

This position is suited to someone either currently working within a digital marketing role, or an account manager position within a digital marketing agency.

 

Knowledge and experience

  • Experienced, with at least two years managing a range of digital marketing including strategy, paid and organic media, social media content, and multi-channel campaigns across a range of industries
  • Account management (either of an agency or client)
  • Competent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Twitter Ads
  • A creative thinker, idea generator and someone who is comfortable sharing ideas to continually innovate
  • To have a partnering mind-set and the ability to quickly build rapport and effective relationships
  • Results-driven and understanding of the importance of reporting on performance
  • Resilience – able to work under pressure, at pace with ability to response to change
  • Confidence to present to and constructively challenge senior stakeholders where needed
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple varied strategies across B2B business unit areas
