Job Description

About us

Dayshape is an AI powered resource management software company that is growing quickly around the world. Our customers include accountancy firms from the Big Four and global top 10.

We’ve been recognised as Scotland’s fastest growing tech company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for the last three years, and in 2022 ranked in the top 100 fastest growing European companies in the FT 1000.

In this varied role, you’ll be focused on helping grow the value of our new business pipeline at the top global accounting firms, by taking an audience-centric and data-driven approach that continuously improves performance.

As a company, we live our values every day. We will be committed to your well-being and career progression, and support you in developing your professional interests.

What you’ll do

You will own our demand generation strategy within our niche ICP, managing and executing programmes across several events and channels. You’ll generate awareness at target accounts, optimise conversion rates, and deliver engaged leads that convert to qualified opportunities.

  • Identify and manage nationwide events (industry sponsorship and Dayshape-hosted) that contribute significantly towards pipeline growth and raise Dayshape’s profile in the market.
  • Manage, execute and iterate outbound, inbound, and account-based programmes that generate new contacts and nurture accounts from interest through qualification.
  • Test and optimise conversion rates throughout the funnel across mediums including website, paid media, social, organic, and email nurture.
  • Own campaign budgets, improve performance and attribution reporting, and establish the most effective methods for generating and accelerating pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales and the wider marketing team to maintain market research and optimise the segmentation of the top audit, tax, and advisory firms.
  • Manage, maintain and optimise martech stack, including data quality, workflows, contact preferences, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing, feeding campaign data and insights to help inform content and product marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure account research and information (e.g fact sheets and account maps) is up to date, review progress to goals, and iterate account-based marketing strategies.

About you

Superstars at Dayshape are collaborative, work very well as a team, and share knowledge and ideas. They are also self-motivated and act with urgency, to get their work done at a high level with little supervision.

  • Proven results generating MQL/As (or other pipeline growth measures) for new business, enterprise software deals with long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing campaign budgets and delivering marketing ROI in a niche B2B market, as opposed to volume play demand generation.
  • Fluent in marketing automation, CRM and other marketing technologies.
  • Energised by data, research, and experiments, and can demonstrate a focus on metrics, measurement, and conversion optimisation throughout the funnel.
  • Demonstrable experience applying research, data and knowledge to create successful account-, market- or segment-specific b2b campaigns and nurture programmes.
  • Highly motivated by aligning and collaborating with sales.
  • Able to balance hands-on execution, idea generation, and strategic, creative problem solving.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective at cross-departmental, remote, collaboration and communication.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience
  • Experience running demand generation programmes in an enterprise tech scale-up.
  • Knowledge of professional services organisations, particularly accounting firms.
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Triblio software.

What you'll get

  • £60k - 70k annual salary
  • At least £1,000 per year to spend on professional and personal development
  • 33 days holiday per year, 30 of which you can take whenever you like
  • Private healthcare and rewards through Vitality
  • Income protection and death in service cover
  • Matched 5% workplace pension scheme
  • EMI options as part of our employee share options scheme
  • Access to wellbeing offerings, such as our Employee Assistance Programme and a dedicated counselling service
  • Weekly All Hands meeting for inspiration and over-communication
  • Innovation Week at least twice a year - a chance to experiment and work off-project
  • Time out of the working week for team socials each month, with a mix of in-person and virtual options: past events include hiking, family BBQs, online games, D&D, and at-home cocktail classes!
  • Genuinely nice, smart people to work with, who are excited about growing our company
