The opportunity
The opportunity supports the development and implementation of delivery optimisation and innovation initiatives across the Regional Project Delivery Branch, working closely with project teams and using a range of appropriate project and change management frameworks, tools and techniques to support project delivery efficiency, review project performance, effectiveness to maximise delivery outcomes for the client and customers across regional NSW.
You will collaborate closely with project teams and matrix functions to deliver on agreed initiatives which may include the optimisation of existing processes, audit of current practices or the rollout of new delivery initiatives.
You will provide high-quality advice and make recommendations to the Director and Senior Management, identifying issues, risks, areas of opportunity or share lessons learnt that will optimise the delivery of project outcomes.You will develop and maintain strong relationships and high-quality communication with project team members, matrix functions and subject matter experts across the Branch, Division and organisation as required.

About you
Sound knowledge of project development, delivery and review/audit requirements preferably in civil infrastructure or heavy engineering environments.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to lead the engagement and rollout of project management improvement initiatives in civil or industrial infrastructure environments.
Appropriate tertiary and project delivery qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
