We are looking for a Senior DEI Program Manager to drive our DEI efforts. You will be responsible for driving DEI initiatives across the org, creating and leading working groups focused on DEI initiatives, working with cross functional teams (Recruiting, Talent Management, GSF DEI Steering Committee consisting of volunteers from many different teams in the org, and others), and continue developing the GSF DEI strategy by bringing innovative ideas to support the team’s short- and long-term needs. As the DEI Subject Matter Expert, you will educate by sharing your perspective, insights, and knowledge, not only to the broad organization but also the leadership team ensuring we build a more equitable and inclusive environment that supports our entire employee population. You should not only be passionate about delivering DEI solutions, but also obsessed with driving meaningful results that ultimately improve organizational health for our employees.
Key job responsibilities
“A day in the lifeâ€, In this role, you will:
• Review the existing DEI strategy, goals, and implement mechanisms to assess progress and ultimately deliver results.
• Partner with leaders to improve organizational health from a DEI perspective and better our ability to attract, grow, and retain talent.
• Partner with the PXT (People Experience and Technology) and central DEI teams to design mechanisms to help inspect employee data, dive deep to find opportunities per DEI goals and translate best practices in DEI into readily consumable resources and programs aligned to business needs.
• Create, deliver and manage complex data reports to inform supporting teams, including the GSF Steering Committee, of priorities and recommended actions.
• Support the recruiting team and GSF Steering Committee to create a brand that attracts diverse candidates, drive internal communications, and interrupt unconscious bias to promote an equitable candidate experience.
• Manage, track, and communicate large, complex projects and initiatives to launch on-time and effective programs. This includes regular leadership reporting through Quarterly DEI Business Reviews.
· Prior experience in program or project management·
· Proven record of using data and metrics to drive improvements
· Proven record owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Experience building and effectively executing a DEI strategy from the ground up, including design of roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals
· Executive level written and oral communication skills
· Experience with DEI analytics, including how to drive impact in recruitment, talent, and inclusion metrics
