Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Join the new Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade

Base Clerk Grade 9/10 with a starting salary of $113,343

Temporary 12-month role based in Sydney

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Analyst with experience in business continuity and disaster recovery operations to join our new Department.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing cyber security strategy, frameworks, policies, and guidelines to ensure the organisation meets compliance, legal and regulatory obligations.

About You

You are an experienced Senior Cyber Security Analyst with a customer first attitude and systematic approach troubleshooting.

You have a good understanding of the cyber-security landscape in Australia, including the roles of the Australian Signals Directorate and Cyber Security Operations Centre.

Your great communication skills to provide technical cyber security advice across the Department, combined with your excellent attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.
