About us
Transport for NSW keeps our State moving by providing safe, integrated and efficient transport systems. We put our customers at the centre of everything we do – and we do a lot. We connect people, communities and industry and manage how they use our road, rail and maritime networks and services, and even active modes like walking and cycling. The work we do connects the journeys you take every day.
We are a state government organisation made up of more than 28,000 people and we're in the middle of delivering the largest transport infrastructure program in Australia's history. We work across planning, policy and procurement, harnessing data and technology to develop smarter and more adaptive transport solutions.
That means job opportunities in metropolitan and regional areas right across NSW – you have the chance to be part of creating a lasting legacy that will benefit generations to come.
About Finance and Investment
Finance and Investment Division (FID) is a trusted advisor to the Transport cluster, and partners with our stakeholders to make all financial and funding considerations for our once-in-a-generation $72 billion infrastructure program.
We provide best in class financial services to support decision-making on transport services, infrastructure investment and delivery. FID plays a critical role in project planning and funding, enterprise planning and financial management and control.
The work we do is vital to making NSW a better place to live, work and visit, touching the lives of millions of people every day. This is a chance to be a part of the team behind TfNSW’s major projects and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment to deliver for our clients and the greater NSW community.
We are a team of focused, dynamic and commercially-orientated finance professionals, who go above and beyond to deliver for our clients on a day to day basis, who see public service as a calling and not just a job, and who are proud to work for the Transport cluster and the NSW Government.
