The Consumer Fixed business is central to Vodafone UK strategy to be the UKs #1 converged operator. Working across the full fixed portfolio, our commercial and trading team are pivotal in shaping and building our commercial strategy across the end to end customer lifecycle to build sustainable, profitable revenue growth.

What will you be doing?  
You will head up our consumer fixed commercial & trading team, accountable for the fixed P&L, with full accountability for achieving our commercial P&L and trading targets. You’ll be operating as part of the Fixed Leadership Team, where you will shape both our short term and long term plans ensuring we are continually driving innovation, differentiation and amazing experiences for our customers which deliver strong commercial performance.

This is a key strategic role where you will be pivotal in shaping and building our commercial and trading strategy across end to end customer lifecycle to build sustainable, profitable revenue growth. 

Who are we looking for?   
•    Thorough understanding of the Fixed and Converged market
•    Good experience within a senior commercial or P&L role 
•    Strong strategic and commercial acumen, able to make clear recommendations for investment cases and holding colleagues to account for their numbers
•    Sound understanding of the underlying P&L drivers for fixed business
•    Exceptional communication and influencing skills to C-level
•    Ability to understand complex financial and commercial scenarios and distil them into simple concepts
•    Track record of driving P&L and trading performance in highly competitive market using market, customer and commercial insights across customer lifecycle
•    Ability to champion the fixed P&L within the business to drive effective decision making and ensure all ideas and plans are anchored in clear commercial insight
•    An excellent people leader, able to demonstrate ability to develop others and create high performance teams (role will have 4 DR’s)
