Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Chef with at least 2-3years experience in an extremely busy kitchen. 

You will possess: 

Relevant cooking qualifications 

• Experience in a high volume, high energy, fast paced kitchen; 
• The ability to maintain high food safety & hygiene standards subject to audit. The ability to remain cool and calm during stressful times. 
• The ability to make quick decisions and prioritise when necessary. 
• The ability to follow long standing and successful systems and procedures. 

Key responsibilities of the role include: 

• Excellent communication skills- with all staff, 
• Have a high standard of presentation and food quality control. 
• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times. 
• Tasks- food prep, pass, Grill and desserts  
• Able to work unsupervised.  
• Stock purchasing and maintaining stock levels 
• Insuring Food Control Plan is up to date
